This is my gorgeous hubby giving a crazy, out-of-control climbing rose a severe chop! We did the back yard today, but we still have the huge climbers at the front to do. The Pierre de Ronsardts, Cecile Brunners and the massively prickly "Meg" which has now grown over the top of our house need a big prune!
I finished crocheting the little beanie for my friend who had a little boy "Oliver". The bottom is in navy -bit hard to see. I hope it fits. It is simple dc crochet -no pattern. I call it intuitive crochet! :-) I'm starting a new little hat for another bubba tomorrow in bamboo/angora, with a frill. I'm still also going on the bobbled tam. I am loving all the gorgeous photos of violas on your blog! The one on your header is gorgeous with the white edge! Your hats are fabulous, I can not knit but used to do a lot of crochet.
