We went for a drive and drove past Lake George. When I was young this lake was always full of water. It has been dry for a few years now. There were a few spots of water though. While hubby was busy doing more pruning, he found this gorgeous birdie nest. I think it belongs to "Bluey" whom I watch all the time, a wren fluttering in and out of the honey suckle with his family of birdies. The nest is right where hubby is.Check out this great head I bought from Lincraft! Perfect for the adult sized hats I make. The tam is one I made last year for Lulu, with bobbles on in purple. I'm currently knitting the same pattern in green wool. Here is yet another hat in angora/bamboo. I'm not happy with it. The shape is too bucket like. I'm going to re-do it in more of a round shape, then add a crocheted flower or two.
I've been reading some amazing blogs lately and added some to my list. There are so many inspiring people out there in blogland!
