yes I know, yet another hat. I experimented with different stitches this time. The green wool is left-over bamboo/angora. Cute, I think.
I'm working on some little crocheted shoes, but they are quite tricky. My wrists have been quite sore, so I'm pacing myself. The arthritis is really quite bad at the moment, especially in my knees -they are very swollen and stiff. My teenaged daughters are back at school today after school holidays, so I can take it a bit easy this week. I tend to over-do it on the holidays!
The garden is looking cold and bare. I'm keeping an eye on the budding jonquils and daffodils though! Hope you have a fabulous week!:-) Keep stitching!
My daughter was home from the hols too, from a Uni break, nice to sit by the fire and chill a bit, cheers MarieReplyDelete
Your hat is very cute. It is nice to be able to relax after the kids go back to school, enjoy!ReplyDelete
Your hats are sweet! I have to make about four soon...but MUST finish off a couple of other UFOs first. Soon. Before the end of the month. With a few cups of tea and some biscuits, needless to say....ReplyDelete
I hope your knees are feeling well oiled soon. ☺ I love that wee hat! Thank you for the lovely comment on my blog!ReplyDelete
